Fault severity by category — 0 means no defects found (clean), 100 means severely broken. These are damage meters, not marks out of 100.

Daily fault index — lower bars are better; a rising trend means something shipped and broke.

Everything found on the latest scan, worst first. Evidence receipts and security findings are reserved for the full report.
